my past // operations engineer at mad mobile, where i was the escalation point for a pos system serving 5,000+ retail locations. spent my days debugging payment failures at 2am, fixing application bugs, writing python scripts to automate the boring stuff, and building custom monitoring dashboards that actually helped the team catch issues before customers did.
worked on production releases using blue-green deployments. collaborated with integration partners like uber eats, doordash, paytronix and our payment processor worldpay to configure and troubleshoot integration issues.
